By using the breath as a bridge to the spirit and the body, we are able to become more attuned with our emotions, our energy, our inner world, and how we’re showing up for our life.

I came to breathwork as a single parent of two teens, managing midlife transitions, and recovering and rebuilding from burnout, crisis, and trauma. Much of my personal growth, therapy, and trauma processing had relied on my mind to resolve my emotions.

Breathwork became the active meditation practice that connected me to my body and restored my capacity and inner ‘scaffolding’. Learning to use my breath to access energy and emotion has has allowed me to rebuild resilience, recover my creativity and sense of self, and to lead myself, my family, and others from a more grounded and steady place.

Now, as a certified Breathwork facilitator, I guide others through this same experience. With the support of my breathwork teacher and mentor, Krista Reid, I continue to learn, deepen my practice and re-commit to myself and my clients.

Breathwork is not about performance or perfection — it’s about using your own gifts to create the conditions for release, clarity, and renewal.

Breathwork Offerings

  • 1:1 Breathwork

    Guided breathwork sessions in a supportive 1:1 setting, designed bring you back to your body, help you shift emotions, and regain your peace and resilience.

    Held in person in Ottawa, or virtually over Zoom. 60 minutes in length.

  • Group Breathwork Sessions

    The shared experience of group breathwork can be a powerful way to build connection, create cohesion, and develop a sense of trust and belonging in a group or team.

    Available for private or corporate groups, held in person in Ottawa.

  • Workshops

    Custom workshops that blend strategic insight with breathwork tools to support real-world performance, decision-making, and sustainable growth.

    Workshops are tailored to your organization and can be delivered in person or virtually.

Your breath is your own unique form of medicine. Through a form of conscious-connected breathing, and using music to augment the experience, I guide you to use your breath as a pathway for personal growth, healing and transformation.

Group breathwork creates space for collective grounding, creating cohesion and trust, and creating shared energetic capacity to manage the challenges of life and work.

For Private Groups

Ideal for intimate circles, retreats with friends, or facilitated groups. Sessions are tailored to the group’s intention and include guided breathwork and time for sharing, reflection and integration.

For Teams & Professional Groups

Breathwork can support teams and professional groups navigating growth, pressure, or transition. These sessions offer a practical reset for nervous systems—creating space for better communication, clearer thinking, and grounded leadership. A powerful complement to leadership retreats, strategic offsites, or wellness initiatives.
